Biography
Jamie C. Osganian is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group. Ms. Osganian represents employees in various aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions related to overtime, minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Ms. Osganian received her undergraduate degree from New York University and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. During Law School, Ms. Osganian was selected to serve as a Dean’s Fellow. As a member of the Dean’s Fellow program, she mentored first year law students, teaching them core law school skills.
Ms. Osganian is a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
