Biography
Vasil “Basil” Oswald is an associate attorney at Moon Law Group. Mr. Oswald litigates class and PAGA actions on behalf of employees who have suffered labor code violations involving heir pay, meal and rest breaks, and improper wage statements.
A California native, Mr. Oswald attended Columbia Law School, where he was named a Harlan Fisk Stone scholar. Before turning to law, he studied music and sustainability policy.
