Benjamin Thomas is an associate attorney at Moon Law Group. Mr. Thomas assists the firm’s attorneys in wage and hour class action matters and PAGA representative actions related to overtime, minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Mr. Thomas received his Juris Doctor from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Prior to joining Moon Law Group, Mr. Thomas was an associate attorney for an immigration law firm in Baltimore, Maryland representing both affirmative and defensive cases.
