Hatije Aikal is a Post Bar Law Clerk at Moon Law Group, PC. Ms. Aikal assists the firm’s class action team by litigating class and PAGA actions on behalf of employees who have suffered labor code violations involving their pay, meal and rest breaks, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Ms. Aikal completed her undergraduate degree with honors at Tbilisi State University and received her LLM degree from the USC Gould School of Law, which she attended on a Global Impact Scholarship award. At USC Gould Ms. Aikal served as a teaching assistant in a Topics in American Law class.
