Michael Braud is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group, PC. After working in hospitality, food service, construction, and retail industries as a low-wage employee, Mr. Braud has dedicated his professional and legal career to fighting for the rights of working-class people in California, first working with community organizing groups, then working as an attorney for unions in California, and now focusing on complex civil litigation, including class actions and PAGA actions.
Mr. Braud completed his degree in U.S. History at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on social movements and labor movements. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, with a certificate of proficiency in immigration law. Mr. Braud is a member in good standing with the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts.
