Oliver is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at Moon Law Group, PC. Mr. Oliver assists the firm’s class action team by advocating for employees who have suffered labor code violations involving their pay, meal and rest breaks, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Originally from Indianapolis, Mr. Oliver obtained his undergraduate degree in English literature from Indiana University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Mr. Oliver’s admission to the California Bar is currently pending while he waits for the results of the July 2025 California Bar exam to be released.
