Mitchell H. Millet is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group, PC. Mr. Millet assists the firm’s class action team by litigating class and PAGA actions on behalf of employees who have suffered labor code violations involving their pay, meal and rest breaks, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Mr. Millet received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and his undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining Moon Law Group, PC, Mr. Millet gained litigation experience working as a post-bar law clerk at a personal injury firm in Los Angeles.
