Michael Patterson is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group, PC. Mr. Patterson represents employees in wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions involving claims for overtime and minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Prior to joining Moon Law Group, PC, Mr. Patterson was a Deputy Alternate Public Defender for Los Angeles County and a Deputy Public Defender for Riverside County, where he advocated on behalf of hundreds of clients and first-chaired multiple jury trials to verdict.
Mr. Patterson received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, competing as a member of the National Trial Team. He earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Mr. Patterson is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
