Jenny Shin is an associate attorney at Moon Law Group, PC. Ms. Shin advocates for employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions involving various violations of California and federal labor laws.
Ms. Shin graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. She externed with the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office and the Chula Vista City Attorney’s Office. She later served as a Special Deputy District Attorney at the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, and subsequently practiced as a civil litigator.
