Urepanny “Ure” Morales is an associate attorney at Moon Law Group, PC. Mr. Morales represents employees in all aspects of wage-and-hour litigation, including class actions and PAGA representative actions involving claims related to unpaid minimum and overtime wages, meal and rest break violations, unreimbursed business expenses, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Mr. Morales received his Juris Doctorate from UC Davis School of Law, where he served as a member of the Wage Claim Clinic, Business Law Journal, and Latinx Law Student Association. During law school, he also served as a law extern with California's Civil Rights Department where he advocated on behalf of employes in workplace discrimination matters. Prior to joining Moon Law Group, PC, Mr. Morales likewise dedicated his practice to representing employees in wage-and-hour matters at another employment law firm.
Mr. Morales is fluent in both English and Spanish.
