Chloe Han is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at Moon Law Group, PC, where she is a member of the firm’s class action and complex employment litigation team. Ms. Han assists the firm’s class action team by litigating class and PAGA actions on behalf of employees who have suffered Labor Code violations involving their pay, meal and rest breaks, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Ms. Han received her undergraduate degree with highest distinction from University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctor degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. At USC Gould, Ms. Han was selected as Gold Honor Scholar and served as Article Editor at Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice (RLSJ).
