Lily Short is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group, PC. Ms. Short represents employees in various aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions related to overtime, minimum wages, meal and rest break violations, improper wage statements, and unfair business practices.
Lily Short received her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. For two years, Ms. Short worked as an Assistant Public Defender in rural Virginia, then she moved back home to Los Angeles. In California, her practice has focused on advocating for workers who were not paid a fair wage by their employers in wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
Ms. Short is a member in good standing with the California State Bar, and an associate member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
