Denise Mazzitelli is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group, PC, where she represents employees in employment matters in both state and federal court. Her practice focuses on individual employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wage and hour violations, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination. Prior to joining Moon Law Group, Ms. Mazzitelli also practiced plaintiff-side employment law. Her earlier experience also includes work on both the plaintiff and defense sides of civil litigation.
Ms. Mazzitelli received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program. While at Southwestern, she also earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing and Advocacy.
Ms. Mazzitelli is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.
