Peter Nyberg is an Associate Attorney at Moon Law Group, PC and specializes in representing wronged employees in complex employment class and PAGA representative actions.
Prior to joining Moon Law Group, Mr. Nyberg was a Deputy Alternate Public Defender for Los Angeles County, where he advocated daily on behalf of hundreds of low-income Angelenos in California Superior Court.
Mr. Nyberg received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Criminal Justice Law Review and graduated as a member of UCLA’s Public Interest Program. Peter earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He is currently a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
